Introduction
HDPE Silicon Core Pipe is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe with a silicon-core structure. It consists of a silicon core embedded inside an HDPE outer pipe, forming a double-layer composite structure. This pipe is mainly used for the protection and installation of communication cables. It provides a reliable protective solution to prevent cable damage during installation and delivers excellent mechanical and shielding performance.

HDPE silicon-core pipes are specially designed as protective tubing for communication optical and electrical cables. These pipes are formed via co-extrusion of HDPE and silicon core materials, which creates an inner surface with an ultra-low friction coefficient. Thanks to their durability and the lubricating, low-friction solid channel inside, HDPE silicon-core pipes offer exceptional convenience for cable installation. The inner wall of the HDPE silicon core pipe is integrated with a solid permanent lubricant.
The inner silicon core layer of the HDPE silicon core pipe is co-extruded synchronously with the HDPE pipe wall. It is evenly distributed across the entire inner surface, resistant to peeling or delamination, and boasts the same service life as the pipe itself.
The inner silicon core layer of the HDPE silicon core pipe shares identical mechanical and physical properties with the pipe body.
The friction performance of the inner silicon core layer remains consistent over time, allowing cables to be pulled through and retrieved repeatedly inside the pipe.
The inner silicon core layer is non-reactive with water, enabling pipe flushing with water in the event of an accident.
The HDPE silicon core pipe features a small bending radius (10 times its outer diameter).
The pipe can be bent freely to adapt to the working environment and terrain conditions without any pre-treatment.
