Ugandan Client Visited Shandong Xinhengde New Material Ahead of HDPE Water Supply Pipe Order

Shandong Xinhengde New Material Co., Ltd. is pleased to host a key client from Uganda for an on-site inspection, a pivotal step toward finalizing a major order for HDPE water supply pipes to support rural infrastructure projects in East Africa.

On-Site Inspection & Technical Validation

During the visit, the Ugandan client toured Shandong Hengde’s production facilities, where they observed the full manufacturing process of HDPE pipes—from raw material testing to extrusion and pressure performance verification. The client focused on the UV-stabilized, corrosion-resistant properties of the pipes, which are critical for withstanding Uganda’s semi-arid climate and red laterite soil conditions.

Collaborative Project Planning

In follow-up discussions, both sides aligned on the details of a 75 km HDPE water supply pipeline project, designed to deliver safe drinking water to over 22,000 residents in Uganda’s Northern Region. Key agreements include:

Supply of DN315 PN16 HDPE pipes optimized for local climate conditions.

Provision of on-site technical training for local construction teams.

A phased delivery schedule to align with the project’s dry-season construction timeline.
