Zimbabwean Client Visited Shandong Hengde Plastic Ahead of 9-Way Microduct Bundle Shipment

Shandong Xinhengde New Material Co., Ltd. recently welcomed a key client delegation from Zimbabwe for an on-site inspection, marking a critical step before the shipment of 9-way microduct bundles for a major fiber-optic infrastructure project in Southern Africa.

On-Site Inspection & Technical Exchange

During the visit, the Zimbabwean client toured our production workshop and outdoor storage area, where they observed the full manufacturing process of 9-way microduct bundles. Our engineering team demonstrated the material extrusion, bundle assembly, and pressure testing procedures.

The delegation also reviewed our quality control system, including third-party certification reports, and received a detailed briefing on logistics arrangements for sea freight to the Port of Durban and subsequent overland delivery to their project site.

This 9-hole microduct bundle order will support a 120km fiber-optic backbone in Zimbabwe’s Midlands Province, expanding high-speed internet access to rural schools, hospitals and local communities.
